Damaged/Faulty Items

If a product arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us directly as soon as possible letting us know the issue with a clear photograph of the issue. This will be addressed appropriately for you. 

The utmost care is taken in order for your product to get to you safe and sound however accidents may occur during transit. We will do our best to resolve any issue for you.
