• Do you accept international orders? 

We currently send our products within the United Kingdom and our greeting cards to the United Kingdom, USA and Canada. 

• Do you take returns? 

Damaged/Faulty Items

If a product arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us on sales@librafinearts.co.uk as soon as possible letting us know the issue with a clear photograph of the issue. This will be addressed appropriately for you. 

The utmost care is taken in order for your product to get to you safe and sound however accidents may occur during transit. We will do our best to resolve any issue for you.

• How do I look after my print?

Your print is printed on archival paper but we still recommend you do not place your print in direct sunlight, even behind glass, this will prevent your print being damaged in anyway.
