Your Story, Drawn By Hand
Original artwork. Created especially for you.
Something Only You Could Commission
Some subjects mean more than words can say. A much-loved pet, a family home, a favourite aircraft or a place filled with memories can become a deeply personal work of art. At Libra Fine Arts, Skip creates original hand-drawn artwork with care, character and an eye for detail. Work with Skip and Katherine to turn your idea into a piece to treasure, or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
01 — Tell Us Your Story
Share your chosen subject and the story behind it. Let us know if it is a gift or needed for a particular occasion.
02 — Plan Your Commission
Send clear reference photographs of your chosen subject. Choose A4 double mounted and framed, or A3 double mounted and framed, with a choice of black, white or oak frame. We will confirm the composition and proposed schedule before starting.
The Libra Difference
Every piece begins as an original charcoal and graphite drawing, before being developed further through digital mixed media. Working at this magnified scale allows Skip to refine the smallest details: the expression in an eye, the texture of a coat, the subtle features that make a face familiar. It is this care that helps capture the personality of a loved one or a much-loved pet, creating an artwork that feels unmistakably theirs.
Made To Mean More
From your first idea to the finished artwork.
Reference Photographs
