Shipping Policy

We currently deliver online orders within the United Kingdom.

Cost

Standard UK tracked shipping costs £3.95 and includes postage and packaging. The exact charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days. After dispatch, standard orders are sent using a 48-hour tracked service. This is an estimated delivery timescale rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Bespoke, personalised, framed or temporarily out-of-stock items may take longer. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Problems with delivery

If an order is delayed, damaged or appears to be lost, email sales@librafinearts.co.uk with your order number so we can help.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Libra Fine Arts purchase. If you change your mind, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return eligible items.

How to request a return

Email sales@librafinearts.co.uk with your name, order number, the email address used for the order and the item you wish to return.

Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service and proof of postage.

Refunds

We will confirm when the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. For an eligible cancellation of a complete order, the basic outbound delivery charge will also be refunded; any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will put the matter right and cover reasonable return costs where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Items that cannot normally be returned

• Bespoke, commissioned, personalised or custom-made goods
• Goods altered or framed specifically to your instructions
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not as agreed.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us with your order number and the required replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.
