Every design begins with original charcoal and graphite artwork by Skip Khangurra, then becomes a distinctive card, print or gift made with care.

UK delivery

Delivery charges depend on the products in your basket and your chosen delivery option. The final charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Single greeting cards: standard UK delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class is included in the card price for any number of cards. The £3.95 general delivery charge does not apply to single greeting cards. Choose the Express delivery option on the product page for a total price of £5.99 per card, including UK express delivery. There is no additional postage charge for those express cards. Delivery charges for other products may still apply in a mixed basket.
• Art prints: free standard UK delivery is included on all prints, whatever the size. Express delivery is not available for prints.
• Gifts: sent by tracked 24-hour delivery. Delivery is charged separately at checkout.
• Clothing: made-to-order clothing is produced and dispatched separately; its delivery charge is shown at checkout. Mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Dispatch and delivery times

Please allow 2–5 working days for dispatch of in-stock items. Made-to-order clothing, mounted or framed prints and bespoke work may take longer. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

After dispatch, allow approximately 3–5 working days for standard UK delivery or 1–3 working days for express delivery where offered. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is provided where the selected service includes it.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Libra Fine Arts purchase. If you change your mind, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return eligible items.

How to request a return

Email sales@librafinearts.co.uk with your name, order number, the email address used for the order and the item you wish to return.

Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service and proof of postage.

Refunds

We will confirm when the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. For an eligible cancellation of a complete order, the basic outbound delivery charge will also be refunded; any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will put the matter right and cover reasonable return costs where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Items that cannot normally be returned

• Bespoke, commissioned, personalised or custom-made goods
• Goods altered or framed specifically to your instructions
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not as agreed.

To request an exchange, email us with your order number and the required replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.
